TOM and JERRY

• Liquor
  • 4 part Brandy
  • 6 part Rum
  • Mixed together
• • 6 Eggs
  • Separate whites from Yokes
  • Beat Yolks add powder sugar till stiff
  • Beat Whites add 1 tablespoon of Vanilla, add small amount of powder sugar until stiff
  • Fold the egg yolks together with egg whites with large spoon
• Serve
  • 1 jigger of Liquor into large cup, add 3 tablespoon of eggs
  • Fill rest of cup with hot water, mix lightly with spoon
  • Add sprinkle of nutmeg
